This is a stamp about all the people who say that god cured them of their homosexuality.
>_> It's a load of bullshit. It's not a disorder, it's not a disease. These people were -christians- they were raised to think that LOVING THE SAME GENDER IS WRONG. Even if they weren't raised that way it's always talked about by a lot of people on how it's wrong. And if I may quote Ronald Gold... "The diagnosis of homosexuality as a "disorder" is a contributing factor to the pathology of those homosexuals who do become mentally ill.... Nothing is more likely to make you sick than being constantly told that you are sick." So these poor people probably developed a complex because of the weight of the world bearing down on them, because of what to my knowledge, is in a very backwards hateful part of the bible. So they go an decided to be "cured." And think they are because, well frankly they've been brainwashed into thinking something was wrong with them and doing this would make them better. It's like a placebo effect. And what's worse they probably left behind someone they loved very much because of all this, and now tell them that' they're sick and wrong and need help. Either that or they weren't really gay at all and it's just a huge constructed lie. (I wouldn't doubt it) Or not intense in their feelings. (They were probably bisexuals who preferred the opposite gender in the first place) Please fave if you use. Comments are nice too. |

They say homosexuality is a psychological disorder but if thats the case, then i think that christianity is a psychological disorder because they believe that one being created everything out of nothing and controls time o-0
Two people of the same gender being in love is more realistic as compared to 'god' being a time traveler XD I think homosexuality is more logical thus the people who truely need to be cured are the christians XD

Why would someone try to "cure" their homosexuality? It's not an epidemic, nor does it need to be treated like one. This is why I'm atheist, I can't stand all the bullshit from religions.
The bottom line is that ex-gay people can speak for themselves. They don't need you to tell them what they've experienced or who they "really" are. Stop trying to be their voice and just LET THEM SPEAK. If you don't like what they have to say, tough. Close your ears and walk away and keep believing whatever closed-minded bigotry you've already decided to believe. You don't need to be calling them liars when you yourself obviously have no clue who God is or what he's capable of.
