Its interesting when you thing that their are other resources out there to use instead of trees, which actually grow faster/are stronger, yet loggers are still being used. Like hemp.

It always makes me sad when I see a forest being cut down, though I suppose it is more of the government's fault then the loggers. In my opinion anyways.

ok let me get this straight, it's better for the logger, who could very well be supporting a family, to get seriously injured, maybe to the point where it would be difficult for the man to work again or worst case scenario die, than an inanimate tree (which i will give you is a living thing and it is a shame they are being cut down, truly it is). but you'd rather save a tree and wish harm upon your fellow man..... wow i don't get it.


there are better ways to save trees and make a difference, try civil disobedience.... worked for Gandhi.

^^; you realize the spikes kill the trees anyway? And the loggers are just doing their job, it's the capitalist bastards in charge that should get killed 8DDDD like the ones trying to build that stupid football stadium right now. Kill the boss, not the innocent workers.

No tree spiking does not kill the trees. It does not hurt the trees.

And let's see... People in the concentration camps in Germany during the holocaust were just doing their jobs too! Who cares if all those people were killed! They were just doing their job!

Like it or not, you're killing a living thing when you cut down a tree.

No. It's not terrorism. When trees are spiked they are usually marked to deter logging. I don't care if you approve of my stamp and it doesn't violate anything. It's not encouraging murder, it's expressing that I think if you go and kill other living creatures and get hurt by it, that's just what you get.

Trees may be a renewable resource but when you cut down old trees you cut down forest history and homes to creatures.
